We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Graphic Artists

Creative and highly computer-literate individuals, able to create high-quality visual products, from infographics to progressive web designs, all while assisting our clients with data visualization projects.   As a minimum, all graphic artists must have completed an Associate Degree from an accredited institution, and must provide an online portfolio during the interview process.

What are the skills needed?
  • Knowledge of traditional and new media - You must showcase your versatility and blend traditional media with new media.   For example, digital photography can learn a few tricks from traditional photography.
  • Must know the business - Being able to realize how the company operates and how your skills directly contribute to corporate outcomes is extremely important.
  • A great communicator - You will often need to balance the needs of the client with the resources available to the company, through effective communication with clients and other professionals.
  • Become a digital media expert - Knowing how to properly use digital media will show clients and co-workers that you are willing to learn new tricks of the trade.   Technology influences graphic design, and technology will continue to play a role in the future of this company.

Interactive Marketing Specialist

Responsible for our online presence, all digital marketing, and becoming the voice of the company.   Must be proficient in content marketing theory and application, with experience sourcing/managing online content development, and able to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side.   Also responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of our products and services.

What are the skills needed?
  • Excellent listener - The most important skill by far, because the best social media professionals are able to actively and agressively listen to customers, market trends, management decisions, etc.
  • Able to identify patterns - Must be able to instantly identify market patterns and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Must be a visual thinker - Have the ability to enhance our brand with increased visuals and multi-media.
  • Able to analyse data - You must understand what works, what could work, and why ... constantly thinking about statistics and metrics, all while successfully linking social outcomes to company outcomes!
  • Improvisational expert - Must be able to think on your toes, reacting to a wide range of situations with aplomb, humor and empathy.
  • Great public speaker - As the voice of the company, you will be actively promoting the business both online and in person.

Programmers

Individuals crazy enough to be proficient in three or more of the following:   C++, Object Pascal/Delphi, SQL, PHP, Python, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and Regular Expressions.   As a minimum, all programmers must have completed an Associate Degree from an accredited institution, and must be able to complete a technical assessment during the interview process.

What are the skills needed?
  • Problem solver - Software development is 100% about solving problems ... without problems, there wouldn't be a need for software, right?   Being able to evaluate situations and provide alternate solutions is the most critical programming skill.
  • Able to learn new things - The software development field is constantly changing, so being able to quickly adapt to the evolving development market, technologies, and platforms is critical to your success, or risk becoming obsolete!
  • Can describe the metaphysical - Regardless of the programming language, programmers who can efficiently name concepts and data in their code are the most successful.   Every time you write code you are naming things, and your naming skills will influence how maintainable your code becomes.
  • Understands operations and systems analysis - Determining how a system or operation should work and how changes in conditions, operations and environments will affect outcomes.   Understands the needs and product requirements of a particular design.
  • Must interact with other people - You must have people skills, because you will be expected to be an active team member and deal with other developers, managers, and customers!

DevOp Specialists

Our "jack-of-all-trades" ... able to set-up a virtual cloud environment blindfolded, while simultaneously developing and running quality assurance tests!   Information Assurance and experience writing scripts is critical, since the DevOps are our gate keepers!   Please keep in mind that certifications help, but are not substitutes for a college degree and verified work experience!

What are the skills needed?
  • Experience in software development - Knowing how the software development process works is critical to knowing how to make it more efficient.
  • Experience in system operations - Knowing how changes to the infrastructure can introduce risks to the entire system is also critical, as well as being able to mitigate said risks.
  • Know the core platforms - DevOps must know Linux, Microsoft, and Apple computing platorms, along with experience using Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
  • Understand the infrastructure - You are responsible for building, deploying and operating the software, so you must use the proper tools to maintain consistent system performance, make it faster to create and deploy, implement version control for effective collaboration, and control all configuration management.
  • Security expert - Must be able to implement strong information security practices and policies, protecting the infrastructure from insider abuse and external attacks, and ensuring all sensitive information is always secured and controlled.
